what kind of person sends every e-mail, no matter how casual or professional, as "high priority"?
I suppose it's conceivable they have an unfortunate setting in their e-mail program or something and they aren't aware of it.

I think you should set up your mail program to automatically respond to that person's messages, indicating that the automatic response is sent in response to messages received with viral infections, and that it will trigger his/her computer's self-destruct sequence in 5...4...3...2...1...

I have one client who does this all the time and it is so frustrating. Hasn't he heard the story of the boy who cried wolf?
