For a moment I thought you were linking to Viviana Zelizer's Pricing the Priceless Child and wondered why you had left out the last word of the title. Then I read the sentence and realized that was probably not the case.
No, it's a book about Medicare reimbursement pricing.
That sentence may as well be in Dutch, too. To me, I mean.
