wwol, day 2
I will admit that I am not exactly feeling like a swollen reservoir of dietary willpower here, so I am hoping that the public accountability of the blog and concomitant prospect of broadly-known humiliation if I fail will help keep me on the straight and abstinarrow.

Check these out for a point or two (depending on if you include the .4 grams of fiber): Dove Miniatures. Have one for a treat if you stay on your diet all day.
I have a secret blog on which I keep track of my eating and working out. Perhaps if I am successful enough with it, I will make it public. I'd probably do better if I started off making it public but my subjective probabilities of failure are way too high.
