[this post, on second thought, was probably ill-advised]
And so has been whisked away into the e-ther. Halloween is scary enough without having to worry about Ms. Maroontext coming after me.
Ms. Maroontext read the post and the comments and recollects the blogged conversations to be radically different from what was previously quoted here. Nonetheless, Ms. Maroontext has great affection for the author of JFW and feels no ill-will towards him for said post.
Finally, for the record, Ms. Maroontext has NEVER IN HER LIFE suggested that she has been discriminated against because of her socioeconomic status and is, both personally and professionally, highly critical of a social structure that maintains and exacerbates class inequality(even though it means she can hire someone else to change the oil in her car).

now that ms. maroontext has spoken, and harbors not ill-will, can you re-post for those of us who missed it?
