We have several tablet PC's in my unit, and we've found them to be much slower than normal PC laptops. That and the learning curve associated with using the pen make it less attractive, IMO.
Is she just really skilled, or is it actually easy to write "normally" on the tablet? In my previous experience with writing on screens (mostly with Japanese sticker picture machines), my writing comes out looking even more like the product of a spastic third grader than usual.
It's easy to write normally on the tablet. However, Sara's point about them being slower than what one would want is exactly right.
