Okay, I'm not spieling around anymore. The casual skirmishing to find housing in Boston is over, and now I am declaring an all-out-housing-search war. I'm going to devote some quality time to Craigslist Boston, I'm going to talk to brokers, I'm going to formulate a strategy, and then I'm going to attack. My motto for the week: Carpe Apartment! I don't want to dampen your spirited determination, but according to your itenerary, you only have something like a 50% chance of arriving in Boston on time. That kind of sucks.
I know. But I will not be thwarted by any delayed flights.
Oh boy, you should've seen all the trucks on the streets of Cambridge last week. People moving out. Then people moving in.
Did you try Brookline? Commuter rail goes out there and it is a nice place, they have a really cool used book store (Brookline Booksmith).
