restaurauteur

L'etoile is widely regarded as the epitome of Madison dining and as the Midwest's answer to Alice Waters. Its reputation has only increased since the employment of the proprietor of NinaNet as its Saturday forager and produce-photographer. Before last week, I had only been there twice. Last week, I went there twice in three days. This has inspired an idea for a film: L'etoile Me!, where I eat exclusively at L'etoile for an entire month, never passing up a course or bottle of wine, and with an envious medical team standing by to monitor its effects on my well-being.
