the secret of the perfect baseball player: invisibility!
Anonymous maybe tried to transfer to Berkeley from Berkley the internet school and didn't make it. Maybe he/she felt perfection could only be obtained at Berkeley, CA. Did you note that he/she was not from Madison? I'm sure anonymous was not trying to cast dispersions on the faculty at UW.
I love the idea of casting dispersions. I have done it myself in the past. I believe it is similar to something that is done "for all intensive purposes."
If there's anything more entertaining than making fun of a non-native speaker's language skills, it's making fun of a native speaker's language skills.
I want to be the perfect Sociologist. Any advice? Struggling in Berkley
ReplyDeleteThe first step toward success at Berkeley is to learn how to spell Berkeley.
ReplyDeleteSociology is just sociology.
