  3. Anonymous maybe tried to transfer to Berkeley from Berkley the internet school and didn't make it. Maybe he/she felt perfection could only be obtained at Berkeley, CA. Did you note that he/she was not from Madison? I'm sure anonymous was not trying to cast dispersions on the faculty at UW.

  4. I love the idea of casting dispersions. I have done it myself in the past. I believe it is similar to something that is done "for all intensive purposes."
